Sneaker Culture (Vol. 1)

Sneakers are just one part of everyday life.  The love of shoes comes from so many different ethnicities, backgrounds, and cultures its hard to just focus on the shoes themselves.  One of the areas that has always gone hand in hand with sneaker culture is hip-hop.  Going back to the days of Run-DMC and my adidas, up to the hot streak of Nelly and his Air Force 1’s.  Those songs perfectly capture what sneakers truly mean, not only just for people who like collecting shoes, but for those who enjoy music, and all different types of art.  Take a look back at some of those throwback videos here, and feel free to comment below, also let us know how sneakers tie into your culture, and what they represent for you.  Enjoy.
